Troubleshooting Camera Problems
1). Make sure the camera’s USB connector is fully seated.

2). Verify the other end of the USB-C connector is fully seated into the touchscreen.

3). Power-cycle the display by switching off the power strip using the red switch pictured, wait 20 seconds, and turn it back on.
